Our homes are architecturally designed typically no larger than 1600 sq. ft. and most are about 1450 sq. ft. our highly refined designs allow these size houses allow families of 2-4 people to live very comfortably.
Our homes feature:
Emphasis on open living and kitchen areas with large functional kitchens and big islands
Spacious covered decks and porches front and rear of the houses
Crisply designed bathrooms and bedrooms – we aim to make these rooms pleasant and functional without overdedicating space to them.
